A small delivery charge is included in the postage costs, to cover essentials and time.

Packaging will provide safety and weather protection for your items and recycled materials are used whenever possible.



As soon as payment has cleared, items will be posted on the next posting day.



Orders are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded service and a signature on receipt is required.



Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Parcel Post, for which proof of posting is always obtained.



International items are sent by Surface Mail, as this has the least impact on the environment.

No responsibility can be taken for orders once posted; however, help will be given if claims against Royal Mail are necessary.



Parcels using Royal Mail parcel service should take up to 7 working days.



International deliveries times (outside the UK) vary and are dependant on the destination. Responsibility for local taxes and duties lie with the customer or receipt in all circumstances.
